Converter 16bit to 32bit VC++

Hi, I have an application which has been written in 16bit. I need to convert it into 32bit code and change the GUI a bit . The application basically is a batch mode file conversion application with a PostScript(tm) interpreter engine providing the memory management and controlling functionality. It should also be made fully compatible with Postscript Level 2 language. You can use existing code or modify it just to convert the files. Code will be given to chosen programmer. This is just a small project. Many are in the line if you complete this perfectly within time.. I need this to be done at earliest. Please only Serious bidders who have worked with VC++ and are good at .NET bid on this . No starters or begineers in VC++ please.
