C# .NET Developer Required With DirectX & OpenGL Knowledge

Hi There, We require some assistance creating a middleware software application which, allows for hardware to communicate button presses to a Windows based PC through a Wireless USB dongle, which then performs the respective mouse/keyboard action within a DirectX or OpenGL application. The Key requirements of the project will be mapping actions & key-presses from the hardware device to X&Y coordinates of a screen (screen size & resolution needs to be taken into consideration) as well as using OCR or Computer Vision to map and convert figures into editable and updatable variables. We are seeking some development assistance to create the above application as a universal framework which we can then apply to other very similar applications which we use, therefore the above application needs to be updatable and editable fairly easily. The application is so far written in C# .NET as well as using Google Tesseract as the OCR / Computer Vision engine. We estimate the total work being no more than 1 to 1.5 months.
