Hello Shawn I have looked at your code of NoknokFilter and it seems that the code might be wrong because of your "buffering" concept your ring buffer consist of 20 elements which seems to be unreasonable when Vista UAC or XP logon screen popsup the VideoRenderer pauses accepting the frames on the output pin but at the same time the capturing thread in your filter is still capturing frames the buffer goes overrun and the renderer seems to not being able to empty the buffer because of timing issues - so the renderer takes frames "from the past" If I calculate teh delay it is 20 (num frames in buffer) * 66ms (15FPS makes every frame to take 66ms) os 1.33s which is more or less exactly the video glitch you oveserved I DO STRONGLY RECOMMEND using double buffering only Plase give me feedback on my answer regards

They may encounter many problems during the course of their work. There is a knowledge base present to which they have access to and which can solve most of their queries, but some times it may happen that the question put by the user is complicated and the user may not get a satisfactory answer from the knowledge base. In such cases he can approach Supporters. Supporters are people in the Organization who are present to solve the problems of the user. A Supporter may belong to more than one department. If a user has a hardware problem then supporter dealing with hardware problems goes through the problem posed by the user. When a user has a problem that is to be solved by a supporter he has to create a ticket. Depending on the priorities of the ticket the supporter solves the problem of the user. The tickets are assigned some status levels depending on the extent to which they are solved.
