Android Project with OpenGL

I'm looking for a basic Camera app with filters, there would be 25 filters overall and a very basic UI (see attached files). Each filter contains several layers (some contain only one, some contain more) each layer is a part of the filter, all the layers together create one filter. I expect the filters to be applied within 1-3 seconds (that means all the layers together cannot take more then 3 seconds) each layer has it's own unique sequence and blending mode. for example: [login to view URL], the Fxxx is their internal number in the system, yy is their order of apply and blendingmode is the type of blending mode required - Normal, Multiply,Screen,Overlay,Darken,Lighten,Color Dodge,Color Burn,Soft Light,Hard Light,Difference,Exclusion,Saturation,Color To achieve the blending modes you'll need to use OpenGL Make sure you read all the extra details from Prototype [login to view URL] (attached file) In the initial phase i would like only the 3 attached filters and if you prefer not to work with camera it can be the static image i've attached.
