I need a program or script written that will run constantly on my PC and upload CSV files to a MYSQL database whenever it detects that the CSV files have changed. I have attached the directory with a sample of the CSV files. The file name needs to be written to column 1 of the table and then the rest in order to the table. I have attached a screenshot of the table column headers. Each CSV file in the directory updates daily. There will be thousands of CSV files in the directory so the program needs to be able to append the data rather than upload the entire file each time. In Summary: 1. Upload CSV files with the CSV file name to go to column 1 and then the rest of the CSV file to go in order to the table. 2. The program or script constantly checks for changes to each CSV file and uploads those changes only. 3. The program or script will need a config file so that I can change the directory location and the MYSQL login details etc. 4. All data gets uploaded in just one single table.
