App iPhone - Display Object (plus few effects)

Need a custom mobile app made. Job needs to be completed in 6 weeks. Need someone who is very experience in coding for iOS to create a nice looking app without bugs. Description: -moving object displayed from above -different colors, size, number of objects (one or several of same kind) -angle of view, color, brightness, adjustable and storable in favorites -certain effects when toched or certain sound Requirements: -Someone who can get the job done -Someone who can not only program but can also do the UI design based on simple drawings provided -Someone who is creative enough and makes great looking products -Someone who speaks English or German well, I do not want any misunderstandings -Someone who would consider being paid a share of profits instead of a fixed amount Please reply with examples of your previous work including any user interface or design examples you have done.
