Add Condition To EA MT4 MQL4

I need someone to add these condition to a working, existing ea pretty much immediately within the next 4 -6 hours and contact me via Skype upon winning bid to get started and ask your questions until you understand .... instead of all the time running lot1 - lot20 all the time add a variable like lot_stop_var = add a variable like wait_candles= ....then if lot_stop_ var is 5 then it will stop at lot5 ....if I choose lot_stop_var = 9 then it will stop at the 9th spot and it will wait_candles= 4 ..then it waits 4 candles before starting to trade again .... wait_candles = 10 then it waits 10 candles before trades again ..... so lot_stop_var = 11 wait_candles = 3 it will go to lot11 ...stop and wait 3 candles ....and then start trading again ....
