Desktop Auto Dialer For Google Voice

We are looking for someone to program an auto dialer for Google voice. Basically we need to load in a excel file and have the program store the numbers and display the data for us depending on what business we are talking to. The program should have a "Next Call" option which will go to the next business on our excel file, it should also have a "End Call" We are looking for someone who can continuously add-on to this program so you we will always come back to you to update for us.
