Correct some mistakes on a Blogger site for less than 10dlls

The site is this: [login to view URL] As you can see when you enter there are a couple of things that need to be corrected. 1. ALIGN the posts. Make EVEN columns of three, same size, same length. 2. The buttons at the top (the ones that say "HOME", "DESCARGAS/DOWNLOADS", "VIDEOS", etc. should take you to the posts that include those tags. (Except for "HOME", that should take you to the main page. Also the size of the font should be bigger and in color WHITE 3.
