Add features and modify a program

I have a program that I need fixed and I also need features added. I have all the source files. This program works fine but needs one issue fixed and some additional features added. Attached is the Dependencies file from the original programmer. This file explains how he made the program. [login to view URL] I have also attached a pdf. document explaining what the program does, and what I need added (in blue highlight). scan+[login to view URL] Along with the additional features you will need to fix a bug that causes it to crash when the program tries to add a student after importing a list of students from a file. Once you are done, I will need it compiled in a format that I can run. I will also need a separate zip file with all the modified source files. If you bid, you must be willing to do unlimited revisions to the program until all of the functions requested have been implemented and all of the functions of the program work without issue. Do not bid on this if you expect a release of any funds prior to the completion of the job. You will also agree to a $50.00 milestone only. You must also be able to do it in the time frame you bid with. I have all the necessary files for you to do it. MinGW compiler suite: I use TDM-GCC, it's build from the latest releases of gcc, it has an installer so it's very easy to setup. Just add MinGW/bin to PATH. 1a. I developed this using Eclipse CDT, the eclipse project files are still there. 2. gtkmm v2.4: You can find a development bundle in the link I sent you, it is build from the latest release (september 2012) using gcc v4.7.0. Just uncompress, add gtkmm/bin to PATH. 3. boost thread library (and some other only-headers libraries). You can find in the link I gave you an bundle with it build with gcc-tdm v4.7.1. Just uncompress and link the libraries 4. MyTracer: a small tracing library I used in for the project. It's in the link, build with gcc-tdm v4.7.1, just uncompress and link it. 5. I also added the latest source files for the project: NHCP_proj 6. NHCPR_dist is a bundle with all the files required to run the application. Just add a new exe in the bin directory and it should run fine.
