Adding features to an existing windows desktop program

We require a programmer who is capable and experienced at developing desktop/computer applications. We currently have a computer program and would like additional features added to it. The .exe file and the source code will be provided. The additional features are minor however, the ideal candidate will need to be able to understand the existing code base and be confident that they can add the additional features. If interested then we can provide a link to download the .exe so that you can inspect the functionality of the application before providing a quote for the features that are required. We can then provide the small list of features which we would like added. All serious bidders please send a private message to get more details before making a bid. There is potential for further work for the right candidate. You will be required to sign an NDA before beginning development.
