Client-Server Application 06/28/2013

SCOPE: The project is to develop a client–server application that would allow the sys-admin to monitor and manage nodes on a network. The project is involves the development of both server and client components. DESIGN CONCEPT: Design should be clean, professional and simple to use. HOSTING: Hosted on internal LAN PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Money will be Milestone and release upon the following: 10% - upon completion and approval of design/wireframe 20% - upon completion and approval of phase 1 of development 20% - upon completion and approval of phase 2 of development 20% - upon completion and approval of phase 3 of development 30% - upon successful final UAT and final delivery of all source codes and files This payment structure is a pay as you go method and will reduce risk for the developer and ensure progress for myself. COMMUNICATION: I require someone who will actively communicate with me and provide me WEEKLY updates throughout the project. TERMINATION: This project will be terminated if I feel the development and/or communication process has stalled. If there is an issue, identify it and let me know. I need to turn in a status report as well. OWNERSHIP: Upon full payment, full worldwide ownership of the software/application will transfer to me. TO BID: Please submit bid with example of past work in related work/experience. If you have demos, I will review them. I’d like to see examples of front and back--end work. Your bid will not be considered without any supporting work. Submitting a proposal of what you plan to do will greatly enhance your chances of winning. It does not have to be formal. ADDITIONAL: Freelancer must be willing to sign NDA and non-compete agreement. I’m looking for a development partner so this could lead to future projects.
