DLL for Yahoo invisibility checker(repost)

We need a DLL written in Delphi, C++ or C# that exports a function with whom we can check if a certain yahoo id is ONLINE, **INVISIBLE** or OFFLINE The DLL should use Yahoo servers and not a third party webpage! this detail is crucial for accepting your work. We won't accept parsing of a detectinvisible website. it must be a genuine yahoo protocol / server request that does that . Please specify in your bid what programming language will you use.
