C++ Expert Required to recode a project from C# to Native C++

We require an expert Native C++ coder to re-code a C# project that we have. Please only bid on this project if you can demonstrate your skills with examples / snippets of previous code that you have written.
You understanding of C# is essential to this project as the original source that you will be working from is written in this language.
The project is a working project - the application is in current use and the purpose of recoding is to reduce dependency entirely on memory expensive .NET components. The existing project has been written / constructed in Visual Studio 2010.
You must be a tidy coder - we insist on quality code structured correctly with clear notations in English. Communication is required by Skype and email on a regular basis (more than daily) during the project. A code will be committed to SVN repository - you must have previous working knowledge in the use of Tortoise SVN (or similar approved).
This project will result in ongoing work providing that we are happy with the code / work produced.
