CD/DVD Layout - Drivers CD

Good day ??" I am in need of a developer to develop a CD or DVD menu for installation of computer drivers. These drivers will come from a major computer manufacturer. Once awarded, I will give the manufacturers name so testing can be done easy. The computer drivers will be for a specific model (s). The best way to think of this project ??" you have a PC ??" go and download drivers off the internet and run each one or download which takes time. This would all be on one CD/DVD to ease the effort. Simple enough that a child could do the process. 1.) I will need a CD image/design ??" something based around computers/drivers on the cd. This will be your choice ??" reviewed by me for approval. I will give a “name of the company?? that may help in your search or decision. 2.) The menu should have the following: · View and Install Drivers ??" Driver name with link to actual file to run (will open with click) · Owner’s Manual ??" (this will be the model number) · Service Manual ??" (again specific to model number)· Contact Us ??" simple open up mail program prefilled with email address or contact information. · View Driver Files (actual files) · Visit Our Store ??" · Browse the CD · Exit See below under platform for rest of the description. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 3.) All rights to creating the CD/DVD image will be retained by me. 4.) Will require the developer to assist me in layout of the CD and how I may add more content or be able to add drivers for another model. The CD image layout will be turned over to me to be able to use other projects as needed. 5.) Open to suggestions. Hopefully the developer will see what I am trying to accomplish. This should be a simple project.
