I have actually done this before :D I made a laser turret, to play with cats over the internet, and had to PWM the laser. I have 10 years of experience programming and making electronics with arduinos professionally. I'd love to help, and could have it done really quick. Thanks

As per the board is concerned ,I do not have this,but I can assure you that you rely upon me for arduino ,I have done projects earlier on arduino mega and arduino duo,and I suppose this project requires expert debugging and testing skils.I can do this project.
