We need an arduino shield that can communicate with z-wave. The following example: [login to view URL] Does not speak zwave protocol. We need to communicate with the z-wave devices in the home-centers, for example: http://www.amazon.com/GE-45604-Technology-Outdoor-Lighting/dp/B0013V8K3O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1363603294&sr=8-1&keywords=45604 This is one-way communication of simple on-off commands. Please do not exceed the max price. You will be responsible for all materials you need for prototyping the board and testing the device. You will deliver a working prototype with PCB designs, schematics, and software. You must be able to control the 45604.

If Only Scheld is required then it can me designed. Checked the ZWAVE Module you're using.... It seems to be SPI Based. Will do connections as per the module. Well need advance payment to procure all the material needed. Let's talk...
