Convert g++ linux program to windows.exe

I have g++ setup and I work with gcc / g++ all the time. So please consider me and give me the files.

I have worked extensively in enterprise application development in C/C++ for more than 3 years. I have worked on projects which are used for Linux, Windows and Solaris.
