1.O Robo ira utilizar apenas 2 critérios de entrada que podem ser juntos ou combinados. Fractal e/ou RSI. Essa é a parte fácil, já tenho ate o código se precisar. 2. A outra parte deve ser configurada inicialmente. Haverá vários critérios de escolha que ira determinar o comportamento do robô quando funcionar. São: a. ordens de compras sequenciais, caso o mercado se volte contra mim novas ordens de compras são abertas mais para baixa ate um limite definido e então deverá todas quando o lucro que eu defini inicialmente acontecer. b. Será preciso escolher algumas coisas inicialmente, uma configuração inicial, mas todos as ordens são abertas assim sequenciadas. A unica coisa que irá ser mais complicado eu acho é essa configuração. Preciso escolher antes(configurar) o comportamento.

Hi there, Thanks for contacting us. This is Phillip, the owner and head developer of EA-builder.net. I'd be happy to help you with your request. So you're looking for an EA for MT4 that will trade according to the rules described here. The specifications look pretty clear, I don't have any questions at this stage. The EA will have all the necessary features for backtesting and running the system on a live trading account. I'm talking about features like trailing stop, move to break even (with pip defined settings, can also be turned off if you don't need them), intra-day trading window (i.e. only trade between 10:00 and 16:00), stealth SL and TP (hidden from the broker), max spread/slippage, email and phone alerts when trades are opened/closed, a small dashboard in the corner of the chart with the live status of the EA (current spread, current open positions, profit, indicators status, etc). My best price would be $200 and turnaround between 1 and 2 business days. Let me know if you're interested, and if you agree with my price and time estimation.
