I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. My work is online game developing, and mainly focus on server side, the language is c++ under linux. I used c++ to make many great projects, for example, I made the tools which can convert java files to c++ scripts which has the same effect, of course garbage collection included. Hey buddy, we can do this for you with Neural Networks for example pretty fast. We'll provide the code, document it, and make a report with the results. Neural Networks work really well in classifying data among other things, so I think this should be fine, but could be good if we could see the data first and report to you with results asap.

FFT,SVM,ANN,I have even used it with matlab. logistic regression, LDA,kNN is easy method to classify too. I have even use kNN for Multi class classification in my software, it can get a good result.

From your explanation, the project should involve three major steps- 1. Selection of the set of features based on which classification will be accomplished. 2. Extracting the set of selected features from the input data set. 3. Design of the classifier to be fed with the feature values for classification. for extraction of features from input data set, Matlab can be used. And for designing of the classifier,data mining software tools like WEKA or CART may be well suited. Possible candidates for the classification algorithm may be Decision Trees, SVM or Neural Nets. At this point it would be really helpful to know a bit more about the input data. I have worked with Matlab and WEKA for feature extraction and classification tasks. So I believe with your assist it should be possible for me to complete this project successfully.
