Build out ASPX site + Service Interface (but no database work)

This project is to build the UI and WCF service interface for a website. What you will be handed on startup is the following: - completel graphical design of the site - all pages professionally cutup and javascript written. This is being done by [login to view URL] Here is a link to a zip file that contains about 70% of the pages on the site and ALL of the complex pages. <[login to view URL]> The deliverables for this project are as follows: 1. full WCF service design. This is deliverable of c# interfaces that will drive the functionality of the site. You will go through all that pages and determine what methods are needed, what the data types must support, etc. We anticipate that there will be 10-12 services involved. Upon sign off on this, the first payment will be released. 2. implement the WCF services, but without a database. The data returned and edited from the service can be stored in static variables on the service. We will be implementing the actual backend as another project. Part of this is to build test data to prepopulate these in memory lists and dictionaries. This includes writing unit tests for expected behavior and bad data behavior 3. implement the front end to drive off the data in the backend. All screens should be functional. If there is a problem in the HTML or javascript, we will be responsible for getting that fixed.
