Advanced & Stable Socks4/5 Web-browser

I need a advanced multi thread web browser software that will be running 24/7 on window server "without mouse" which: 1- get random useragent: from a [login to view URL] , and Accept: from [login to view URL], and accept-language: from [login to view URL] then choose a random socks from a [login to view URL] and compare/add ip for it with some simple database to avoid using same ip with new random user agent details on next restart. 2- random visit websites from a "[login to view URL]". 3- wait page to load and click on some iframe/javascript banner.
