Address Book application in c# using microsoft visual studio

I need program that is used to store contact details for people i.e. a Contacts Directory such as might be found on a mobile phone or as part of an e-mail program. The directory is to be used to store a variable number of records. Each record must be capable of storing at least • Contact's name • Telephone number • Postal address • E-mail address • Birthdate The program must also handle occasions where one or more of these details are unknown or unspecified. The program should be a forms-based, Windows application, with a Graphical User Interface (GUI). This is urgent, it must be done by the 6th jan before 12. It can be simple but it has to be done with no errors.
