I need an ASP.Net web service that will do the following anytime its call by an external program:
1. Receive some numbers from the calling program as a parameter.
2. Copy some values from a local database table called Table-1
3. Log some values into the local Database table called Table-2
4. And then return some sets of values to the calling program
