ASp.NET Download PDF and open in default pdf application

I am using PDF sharp to create a pdf in memory. Once I have that pdf in memory I need to be able have it open up in the default web pdf viewer, if they do not have one installed it should prompt them to download the pfd. This is a little more complicated than it seems. I have dev express controls and I am using their callback panels and not Microsoft Update Panels. I can put together a sample. The form also has a query string so using a postback seems to cause some issue. Thanks and good luck bidding
