Arabic / English Web Content Management + Cryptography / Algorithms + Optimized Secure Web API

We are a team of developers working full time, but we want to hire someone talented to help us building our own project, ideally, we would prefer an Arabic language speaker (as the project is meant to help to improve the Arabic content online). The project is a web application that can be used to manage arabic content and store the text in a normalized / structured / tokenized / formalized way, with the hash of each segment of the text to be matched later using a web API. The UI doesn’t need to be perfect, but it needs to be easy to use. Preferred backend technology is ASP.Net MVC / SQL Server Express. The application UI needs to be in English and Arabic. Login / Simplistic user management is required (OAuth with Gmail + Twitter + Facebook can be used). Main Required Pages: Create new content. Content normalization / matching groups management. Browse & Filter / Sort / Edit / Delete / View Statistics of contents. Web API Requirements: The API needs to be optimized for speed & bandwidth, and needs to be secured against DDoS. Main API functions: Match group of content and return of there is a match (and save statistics for any matches). Get content match details (and save statistics of this). Full details of the project can be discussed on request. Full clean and reasonably documented source code is required. Web API documentation is required. Optimized API / DB performance. A knowledge in hashing functions and encryption is required. NLP knowledge is highly appreciated.
