A Capstone project - need a unique idea and - built it -- 2

I have a school project which will be the capstone or thesis statement of me . I need to built a unique web application to do some unique action to make human life easier . I ll need someone to come up with new idea and built it. Condition : I ll show the topic or topics to my professor and if he likes it and i ll award the project and let the developer to work on the project.
