Convert service/console app to Winform app

Hi there, Patrik Forsberg, senior developer from Sweden here, I have quite a lot of experience with Windows Forms applications and Windows GUI App development, I would be glad to take on this project, I have actually written a Bar Code Scanner in the past, a Metroligic MS 4... something :) I realise that part is already working but it reminded me. Is there any special reason to why you want a Windows Forms app instead of WPF?, Microsoft is kind of deprecating Win Forms... I have years of experience in .Net, WebForms and developing for devices and Kiosks. Assuming the current service is already running on Windows (not Android) and the service code is already successfully accepting the bar code input and opening the barrier without issue, then converting the code should only take a couple of days leaving two additional days for feedback from you and any adjustments you may require. The bid also does not include an installer but that would be relatively easy to build as well if you require one. Also, any Scanner SDKs or PL interfaces (the barrier API, DLL or interface) required would also need to be provided due to the variance in platforms and versions available. Another note, is that you did not mention any reporting or data tracking for this Kiosk device. In my experience that is almost a requirement but is not included in this bid. If you accept this bid to add a UI to this service, then we can work together for those items as needed.
