Create Stock Scanner NinjaTrader Script in C#

Hello, I would like to create a script in c# for ninjatrader that will scan the daily timeframe of a large list of stocks, identify the stocks that have a horizontal or nearly horizontal trend channel at the end of the chart, determine if there are more up or down climax bars within the channel (these are large bars with high volume), display or create two separate lists, one will be the stocks that have more up climax bars within the channel and the other list will be the stocks that have more down climax bars within the channel. I've detailed exactly how to determine the parameters above in the attached "details" document. You will need to download and install NinjaTrader 8 from here: [login to view URL] The Volume indicator that includes an average line which is mentioned in the details document is custom and comes in the attached archive file named "sim" with instructions within on how to install it in Ninjatrader. I've also attached a large stock list that the scanner will need to analyze which will be imported into Ninjatrader "NYSE" Please review the details above before replying, thanks
