Hello, I am .net developer for several years of experience. I have finished similar project already but I dont have review yet. I will explain how I will do this project. It will be desktop application which runs on the full screen. Design will be simple yet elegant. Big buttons and informative UI so it will be very useful. Provide me with the extra details and I will suggest what is bettert to do. I will start doing back end logic in the begining then I will move on GUI and after that we can test and check for the errors, or improve what you dont like. It will be c# wpf application with mvvm pattern.

My favorite programming language is c#, I feel that I would be a good option for this project because I have done many projects very alike to this one and I know I could do this project as explained In a week time period. For your project I will use SQL of some kind to store the data itself. I could use SQL-Lite depending if you only want this on one machine, but assuming you are using this on multiple machines I will use MSSQL.
