I need a program to automatically refresh a website with variable options (i.e. every 4 seconds with 20% random variables), and accept and appraisal order automatically by clicking on a radio button followed by a prompt to click OK. I am also looking to have customer support from whomever wins the bid, along with routine updates to the software/program (included in the bid) The host is an appraisal management company and usually changes their system in every 3-4 months or so. Updates to provide continued use of the software/program are very important. I also only speak and right English, so if the winning bid is from a foreign country it is important that there isn't a language barrier (struggled with this in the past) contact me for any other questions.
