BPM Analysis, linux binary

I require a program which can take an audio file, and determine the BPM of the music, accurate to 2 decimal places. The program should take a filename as its input parameter, and write [only] the BPM to the stdout. To be the successful bidder on this project, you will need to show you have some experience in this area, and/or demonstrate an understanding of the algorithms and pitfalls involved.
