Cleanup C++ Console Game (Visual Studio 2013 required)

I have a simple card game that needs to be polished up. It's basically finished but I would like to make some improvements on it. Please find the attached overview and source code below. 1. Perform the functionality in an efficient and extensible manner - improve the performance in a more sensible and logical way 2. Give functions and variables meaningful names - not func(), not int a, b, c 3. Optimize unnecessarily repeat sections of code - the entire game logic is currently repeated multiple times based on the game mode. 4. Add/edit comments for future updates - some comments are wrong, missing and insufficient information 5. Source code should look aesthetically pleasing and consistent - the coding style and syntax should be logical and consistent, eg. \n and endl 6. Simplify and minimize the source code to be more object-oriented - less code but is conceptually and logically easier to follow 7. Finish your work in Visual Studio 2013 format
