We are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2015 and looking for custom reports in that.
• Post Feed
Single feed showing all auto generated as well as user feeds for all the opportunities.
• Opportunity pipeline by BU, Field Sales Manage
Rows: Sales Managers grouped by BU; Columns: Opportunity stages; Need summary information for each row and each column
• Opportunity View
Age (in days) in the current stage for every opportunity displayed
• Pipeline Conversions
Conversions from each stage to the next (in percentages) in a given time period for a given BU or Sales Manager for a given opportunity source
• Lead Conversions
Conversions from each stage to next before a lead gets converted to an opportunity in a given time period for a given Business Analyst
• Conversions by Source
Conversions from each stage to the next by opportunity sources
• Opportunities by estimated closure date
Opportunity pipeline sorted by estimated close month. Within each month, records sorted by pipeline stage
• Probability of Closure
To be automatically set based on the probabilities for each stage defined in some Master
• New Opportunities
Number of new opportunities created in a given time period by BU, Sales Manager, Business Analyst
• Wins
Wins in a given time period by BU, Sales Manager by lead source
• Losses
List of opportunities lost in a given period by BU, Sales Manager
• Reach
Total size of Leads by BU
• Increase in Reach
Number of new leads entered in the system by lead source, Business Analyst
• Leads generated
Leads generated by BU, Business Analyst, Sales Manger
• Sales Cycle
Average time spent by every opportunity in every stage. Also, average time to close. Both for a given time period
• Forecasting
Ability for each Sales Manager to give a target and a committed forecast for a given closure date. Ability to roll this up for the BU, company, etc
• Competition
Ability to record competitors. Ability to get a report of competitors seen in each deal, geography, BU in a given time period
• Targets
Ability to enter targets for opportunities created AND for wins for a given Sales Manager or Business Analyst. Target vs actual reports on number of deals/opportunities created
• Funnel analysis
For each opportunity stage in a given period – Number of opportunities entering the stage, number of opportunities in the stage, number of opportunities going to next stage and number of opportunities that got dropped at the stage
All reports by number of deals as well as value of deals.
