Custom Constant Contact Newsletter Template Needed

We need a customized Constant Contact newsletter template created in XHTML that we can upload to our Constact Contact account with all of the basics in place, allowing us to just change out photos/text/links as needed. As with all Constact Contact templates, they will need to have the standard coding included and be tested to work successfully on a wide range of ISPs and mail software programs without losing format or being blocked.

Elements we will need included in the template are:

> Colors & branding consistent with our online web boutique

> Header including our logo (we can provide high res file at whatever size needed), secure shopping logo, toll free number and website url (all designed nicely, not just plopped in)

> Top nav bar with links to our main website sections

> Small greeting area for text

> 3x3 or 4x3 Gridlike format for 9 or 12 photos, along with text boxes overlayed on each photo (so it looks like photo is the background of the square and text is layered on the top). Would prefer that text box can be movable within square so we can adjust dependent on photo used. Need to be able to control text font, color, size, etc... within text box. Each box should have it's own image map with related link as well (needs to be changeable)

> Coupon area (we offer coupon on most newsletters, so want a consistent design that we can just change out the details and color when necessary)

> Standard constant contact footer (including ICAN details)

We have included attachments of sample newsletters we like the style of for reference of where we are coming from. We DO NOT want to copy anything, just give the basic concept of where our thoughts are. From Sample #1, the idea of the top nav menu. From Sample #2, the grid concept (being able to stretch our grid square photos across borders of other grid squares as shown in sample would be a big bonus if possible). From Sample #3, the clean design/look.

Please quote to include 3 design variations and 2 sets of revisions. Completed project will be paid out once template has been tested on various platforms and systems and proven to work successfully. Before selecting provider, we will require seeing several samples of similar email templates you have created. Once project is awarded to supplier, all materials will be handed over and project completion must be completed within 5 business days.
