CSS Work on a Site

Hello All, I have a Joomla 3.0 website that i need someone to do some CSS/Responsive web design (RWD) work on. I have a programmer and designer but i need someone that is very good with CSS/Responsive web design (RWD) to work on a current client website that my small Web development company is working for. Work is as noted in the multiple (42) attached screen shots (Samsung Galaxy S and S3 devices). Payment for the winning bid will only be paid if 100% of the work noted is completed with any additional work costing extra. Work has to be completed exactly as noted (graphically correct and with no issues) and within 3 days. This agreement is void if not completed on time. Selected professional would be working with my designer and programmer (both in India) and be considered for other WordPress work we require. I am only considering responsible and very good CSS/Responsive web design (RWD) professionals so please do not bid if you aren't 100% sure you can do all of the work correctly and on-time. A $20 bonus will be given if completed in two days and $50 bonus if completed in one day. For the site in question ([login to view URL]), the selected CSS/RWD professional will simply make fix the issues noted so that the site looks good in tablet devices (Samsung Galaxy S and S3 and ipad especially). While three days have been given for this project, this work is not very much and should take a good CSS professional no more than some hours. With that in mind, please do not bid high bids since they will be deleted and not considered. I am NOT rich :-)
