I have a recent private beta site that is build on cakephp. The site has a trendy layout with a whole new concept in its field that i want to expand it to a new level. FULL TIME COMMITMENT: I need an expert for full time commitment, that can not work on any other job tasks in the same time, MONTHLY SALARY X PERFORMANCE: I am offering a monthly salary with a condition that he/she will perform specific tasks within 30 days work, However the compensations with be awarded on performance, that is; not on hourly basis but on task by task accomplishments.
