CSS/HTML Splash Page + Interior page + Minor Header Fix + Simple HTML Email

You should be a CSS expert with some experience working with frameworks (in this case code igniter).
Required CSS Template fixes.
-You will be working with an Engineer who will give you support and work directly with the MVC framework, you will just have to produce html/css.
-Code a splash page in CSS/HTML (See prototype html) and a blank content page.
-Update / Fix a minor layout issue in header a responsive web template (this has already been coded by psd to html service and built. it runs in our demo).
-Create very simple html-compliant email. (Logo and some text).
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE!! The Code for the pages is already built. The splash page will be based on the styles from the pages already built.
