I want the position of the div tag with the id of "header" in the HTML code to stay where it is.
However, I would like this "header" div tag to DISPLAY first like in:
<[login to view URL]>
It's my understanding that with CSS, you can place a div tag near the end of the html code but have it display first?
I don't want the "header" div tag just moved to the top of the code.
