Change Joomla template colors and import graphics header

We were looking to have our website done in straight HTML but have decided to use Joomla instead. We have some graphics files in adobe + some various jpg files that we would like incorporated into an existing free template file. Check out our test site here: [[login to view URL]][1] The default template is 247-portalgreen There is another template called 247-portal which is orange colored again not matching our logo color Use the template switcher online to see them.... What we are looking for two things: 1. We need the template colors altered in these templates (in the css file I guess) to match the colors of our logo. 2. We need our logo header to span all the way across the top - this template uses banners I think but we want the top to be one big header image and not use banners. It should have a small border around in either the dark green or orange color. If you refresh the page I have included the logo as a banner just for looks - so it should show once every 2 refreshes or so. I am including the template files and some sample graphics files for your review. We have the full adobe PSD files which can be shared to the coder we end up working with. Possible bonus for quick completion of the work. End result would be two templates (one green, one orange) and we could then switch them at will for variety via the Joomla template chooser. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform has to run on Joomla 1.0.13
