CakePHP programmer for Small Application

We need an experienced CakePHP Framework programmer to develop a web based application. Part of the database structure is ready. I will develop the remaining part The application is relatively simple and easy. Basically I want forms, listing opting and a good rearch feature. Users in 2 levels: Administrators and Managers only to submit information. This application will contain information for disabled people and institutions that offer services to them. It has about 15 tables. Conditions: -MYSQL+PHP5 must be used. -Application will be hosted in our server -1st Draft must be ready in 21/12/2009 -We will pay after approval of 1st Draft 50% and the remaining only after finishing all project
