Cisco 861 - Specify Outbound Pubic IP for Exchange server without Breaking VPN

We just changed our IP Scheme and i made all the necessary changes to our 861 config, however, my Exchange server is showing that its Public IP is the same as the router. We are currently blacklisted because of some issues with our main IP. I found a way to specify the IP the Exchange Server goes out on, but when I add the code, my satellite offices can no longer ping the exchange server.
