Clone of Fark.com

I need a website similar to [login to view URL], not a clone. I want to have the simple web style with all the functions but a newer look. Users should be able to create an account with ID and password, they should be able to submit a link, a comment section for the links, a chat room, and a few other features. This is somewhat of a blog with added benefits. Also, I want to have an admin site from which i can control everything, plus a method to rotate ads. I need the front and backend complete. I am not looking for the same info back in which you state you can do it and you are the best. I also need some feedback from the developer on the best method to use for this entire setup and of any blog type websites YOU have developed.
