Creating a Ipad application

I am looking for any app designer capable of modelling the following application for a plumbing Wholesaler.
The application will be able to identify spaces in the surrounding and calculating the dimensions of a spot where a sink/toilet/shower etc. will fit. Once it has done that it will be able to gather and provide various options of products that match the dimensions just calculated. The database with such products will be populated by the company’s staff.
A second version would include the possibility for a customer to directly purchase the product from the wholesaler but that is required later on.
