Apply design to coldfusion programming

You are to simply apply the design on to of the Coldfusion files. In order to do this, you must know the following: -How to design around code and modify the design to the code -The Admin and user backend pages havent been designed yet, you must design these pages. -All code must stay in tact, but, again, all you're doing is applying the design around my code.
