Add ratings guide to existing Cold Fusion website

I require a Freelancer to add a facility to an existing website that will allow visitors to rate properties from 1 to 5 stars. The user will be able to write a review, rate the property, leave their name and email address. Once the rating has been submitted, this will be picked up by us via email and if appropriate, we can authorise the rating that will then show against the property. Each property from the outset should have at least "This property has no ratings as yet" or similar. We require any bidders to show us examples of their previous work and in particular, projects like this. PM me for the website link. Check out our feedback as an employer and please note, we will NOT post any milestone payments until we are satisfied that the work has been carried out correctly.
