I have a very simple change that I need made to a cold fusion program. I have 2 ticket tracking systems that we use cold fusion. Every time an update is made to the ticket a customer gets an email letting them know that their ticket has been updated with a link to check their ticket. Currently when the ticket closes they get the same email, but they cannot check the ticket because once closed the ticket is archived and not available for the customer to see. I would like to change it so that when the ticket is in closed status they get a different email telling them the ticket has been closed so they dont try and click looking for the ticket.
