Cold Fusion for backend of website

I conceived of a service to support parents who are overwhelmed with parenting: not enough sleep, kids fighting, feeling unappreciated, feeling not up to the task, worrying that they're being driven over the edge, etc. While it's particularly aimed at single parents, couples can also join.

Annual subscription gives access to trained operators for a certain number of hours a year. Additional hours above that would cost more. If the operator senses that the parent is really breaking down, the operator could call one of the subscriber's friends, who the subscriber had named as a support person, and suggest they visit their friend immediately. There will be parenting articles that can be downloaded. Items like mugs with "My kid loves me" could be purchased.

Shopping cart. There could be promotions with discounted prices or extra months free.

Newsletter and blogs to subscribers as well as people who just request them.

Sections for subscribers, operators and administrators.

A friend of a friend has a software development company, but they were too busy to take on the project. He said if he had been able to do the work, he would have assigned 2 developers and a project manager. The project manager could help with some of the details.
