Mission Statement of Alamogordo Club for Teens Non-Profit Corporation in New Mexico ACT = Acknowledge-Create-Teach Our Mission: Our mission is to provide a fun, secure place for young adults between the ages 13 and 18. Our three main areas of focus are to acknowledge these young adults, to help them create their visions and shape there ideas and teach them important life skills. Our Vision: Our vision is to be a positive example to young adult communities throughout New Mexico. To create a safe and encouraging environment for young adults to be able to express and create their thoughts and ideas while upholding respect for the Otero County community and its citizens. Our vision is to do this in a cost effective and efficient manner. Value Statement: We value the vision and creativity of young adults. We value collaborative and creative problem solving. We value and respect all life on earth. We value Public/Private Partnerships. What we do: We support young adults in dealing with information and knowledge. We value each young adult as an individual. We promote the development of culture and participation of these young adults. We encourage young adults to get involved and use their creativity to enhance the Alamogordo Club for Teens environment. We give these young adults the tools to create a positive environment that will not only benefit the members but will also benefit the community.
