I am a small mortgage brokering business - 1 man. I am looking to start offering a cash back offer to my clients, problem is, If the client leaves my services within 24 months I have to pay my commision back to the lender, which means I will need to recoup the money I 'gave back' to the client, So i am looking for a contract to allow me to do that.
